TERMS OF SERVICES:1. introductionWelcome to my art commission Terms of services! By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding with your request.2. general termsI reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
All artwork will be created in my unique art style. References are welcome but will not replicate another artist's work.
Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
A form of documentation is also required for the eligibility for using my art (the commission) commercially.3. paymentPayments will be made through PayPal:

Full payment must be settled latest a week after receiving digital product4. timelineEstimated delivery time varies from within a month to a year. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but clients will be notified promptly.
Rush orders may incur an additional fee.5. revisionsRevisions are included in the base price.
Significant changes before or after final approval may incur an extra fee
(depending on the changes, regularly anything more than 2 changes).

Wanting to have your character as accurate as possible as you (the commissioner) desired is indeed understandable. However, do be mindful for the fact that, unless excessive deviation from your expected results, a reference sheet is only for other artists to reference, not for replication entirely of the same style and drawing stroke by stroke. Upon such request I (the artist, the commissioned) am to have the absolute right not to follow such requests. Further extra fees are incurred if the commissioner remained persistent for the changes.6. usage and copyrightI retain all rights to the artwork, including distribution, reproduction, and display in portfolios or promotions.
Clients may use the artwork for personal purposes but may not alter, redistribute, or resell it without explicit permission.
For commercial use, licensing fees will apply.7. cancellation and refund policyCancellations are allowed before work begins for a full refund.
After the work has started, refunds is not eligible after first sketch or update has been given. Likewise, no refunds will be issued once the artwork is completed.
If I am unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.8. confidentialityPersonal information shared during the commission process will remain confidential.
If you wish to keep the artwork private or refrain from being displayed publicly, please inform me beforehand.9. client responsibilitiesClients must provide clear references and instructions at the start of the project.
Failure to provide necessary details may result in delays.
Please be mindful every artists may not replicate the same style or drawing done previously in a set period of time.
A freelance artist may not work full-time as an artist and hence, refrain yourself from unrealistic expectation for the commissioned work.10. agreementBy commissioning me, you confirmed that you have read and agreed to these terms of service. These terms may be updated at any time with notice.
Failure to comply to ANY ONE OF THE TERMS may result in either one:
- excessive fees incured
- no refunds
- full payment with no product received
- PERMANENT barring from commissioning the artist
